my periods are really irregular how can i get pregnant a/s/a/p

i got my period in may at the end of the mth and then in june didnt get one but i did in july and now again in aug how is it possible to get pregnant when my periods are so off ive been trying for almost a 1yr now and i already have a 1yr old. but we want another baby really bad help!!!!!!!!!!!!
