I just found out I am pregnant about five weeks along now. I have no morning sickness and I am getting cramps like I am getting my period. There was a tiny speck of blood on my panties today but there isn't anymore after that. Could I be having an unhealthy pregnancy because of these symptoms. Is there something to worry about?
