When I first found out I was pregnant I did a BHCG reading at 6 weeks it came out according to a 6 week pregnancy I repeated my level at 7 weeks again okay, I started to have some bleeding and I am RH neg so I went into Emergency to have Rhogam. At 9 weeks and 2 days had some more significant bleeding with my pregnancy more than spotting but no clotting and no cramps. At Emergency they did a BHCG on me the level dropped from 53000 to 47000. Four days later I repeated my BHCG which went up to 56000, I had two ultrasounds both showed a healthy heartbeat with fetal pole all was well with the placenta. I at 10 weeks and 5 days repeated my ultrasound my BHCG dropped again at 47000 but again ultrasound showed no problems. I have been told the baby may have Chromosonal problems due to the BHCG dropping. Is there any chance that I may have a normal healthy baby? So far I have been given no hope from either my OB nor the family doctors I work for. I am having 1st trimester screening on May 11, 2006 NT ultrasound and blood work and I am scheduled for CVS councelling on 12th of May. I just wondered if anyone had this happen and if any babies came out okay in the end?
