I had my first child at 16, she was A+ so I was given the Rhogam shot being A-. My son I gave birth to at 18 and he was A- so I was not given the shot after his birth. At 19 and on the way to a divorce, I became pregnant again and had an abortion. It took some time for me to go to the doctor. I have never gotten pregnant since. At times I believe I was pregant, having all the signs, sore breasts, late cycle. I have tried many times. 3 years ago they found a large cyst on my ovarie and I had surgery. 1 hour surgery took 3 hours due to my uterus being tucked into my intestines and alot of scar tissue. The doctor said I must have gotten a serious infection many years prior. So here is my question. I am now 37 years old and have tried for years now to get pregnant naturally. Could I be having problems because I did not receive the Rhogam shot after my abortion 18 years ago?
