My sister just found out that she is pregnant and she has been using methadone pills for recreational use for 6 months, they estimate her pregnancy at 3 months or more, but she says she can feel the baby moving. She is terrified that there are birth defects or other problems. She is afraid to seek help because she has a 3 year old that she faers will be taken from her if the drug use is discovered. she also needs to know how long the drug can be detected in your system. She stopped use 3 weeks ago. Please help.
