Avoid having unprotected sex especially in the time period between 15 days before and 12 days before of the due period. Continue to use condom properly.

Reply to V. Yetimyan   M.D.'s Post: What is the likelihood that I would get pregnant from this? I didnt finish, I'm on my period, and we used protection but I am still worried. Is there any type of food I could eat or excercise I could do to just be sure?

There is almost no chance that you can get pregnant with sex during your period. Even a fertilization happens there is no way for the embryo to implant itself because of the shedding of the mucosal lining of the inner cavity of the uterus.

Practically as far as i know there is no specific foods or exercise can prevent the pregnancy.
