HI my name is Raquel Beverly and I am 29 years old. I am pregnant with my first child and have in the past (about 3 years ago) suffered from social anxiety disorder. After hypnotherapy I never experienced any kind of relapse of anxiety until I was about 21 weeks pregnant. I had a pretty bad panic attack one night centralized around the thought of dying and that I wouldn't get to see my daughter grow up. The uneasy feeling lasted about 2 more days and then I was fine. I have since had one more pnic attack (at now 26 weeks pregnant) and just can't shake that awful feeling that I won't be here for my daughter and that my death is around the corner. Does this sound like an anxiety mostly brought on by the pregnancy? I'm not sure if it's hormones plus the fact that I'm a bit more susceptical to it being that I've experinced anxiety before. Any input that you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

Hello

Whether or not it is because you are pregnant, you may never know. The point is, you are having them and you do not have to live like this. I highly suggest talking to a psychologist about it, and/or possibly trying the hypnotherapy again. Since it worked for you in the past, it will most likely help you immensely, and sooner than last time. Call the practitioner who did it for you in the past. I'm sure they will be happy to see you for a tune up.
