Iam 39 weeks 3 days pregnant and i had my membranes swept ...

Iam 39 weeks 3 days pregnant and i had my membranes swept today and I am having pretty strong contractions. Only about 10 min apart though. I have been having them since the doc. did the procedure. Is this just from the doctor doing this or could i be in labor already. This is my 4th baby........
