I need help....PLEASE

I have used Ivermectin, Crotamitin, Neem, Lindane & Permethrin (excuse the spelling)...I was sabotaged by a neighbor (long story), but I have not been able to rid my body of these scabies...or could this be something other than scabies, some kink of hybrid???? Please help me. Is there someone who knows/understands bugs or parasites?
