Excessive Bloating
Sent to Health Experts July 08 07:09 PM

Most of my teenage life I have experienced excessive bloating. I am about 5'3 and I weigh 130-145lbs. As a 15 year old girl eating in public and feeling 3 months pregnant after every meal becomes embarrassing. I gain no less than 5-7 pounds at the end of the day. I exercise sometimes but I stay busy enough to maintain my weight. I don't eat alot of meats such as steak or chicken. I do tend to eat a lot of junk food such as chips and salty foods but I don't think thats enough to bloat this much. I believe my father did have an excessive bloating problem but it was hard to tell since he had a pot-belly. I have tried water pills and dieting but no matter how much weight I loose my stomach always bloats. Sometimes I may just eat a bowl of cereal or drink a can of pop and my stomach will enlarge so much I cant even see my feet. please help!!!
