Feeling nauseated can be a symptom of many different illnesses. Most common would be food poisoning, a gastrointestinal virus or perhaps early pregnancy.

I am still about 2weeks to 3 our before my period and took a prego test but it came back negitive, could it still be possible that i am and its just too early to detect?
