My period usually comes on at the end of the month. The first day of my last menstural cycle was May 31 and it lasted until June 5. I had unprotected sex with Person A on June 7, we used the withdrawal method, and he said he's postive nothing leaked. I had sex with my boyfriend, Person B on June 8, and he ejaculated in me. I took a pregnancy test on July 3, 4 days after my period was suppose to come on, and it came back positve. Who's the father? P.S My boyfriend, Person B and I have had continuos unprotected sex before and after the date stated. Please Help

I've already had one opinion I just need another.

lilbg,

ok If your cycle was 26 days long, then you ovulated around 06/12 and without further testing, it would be impossible to know who is the father since both encouters were within 5 days of ovulation. The withdrawal method has a very high failure rate, as even though there was no ejaculation, there could have been pre-ejaculate present which has as much chance of getting someone pregnant as intercourse. A 28 day cycle ovulation would have occurred on 06/14 but even though there is a 5 day window before ovulation, it is a lower chance, but possible to get pregnant with both partners. Paternity testing can be done during pregnancy if you are having amniocentesis done, or CVS. Otherwise you will have to wait until the baby is born and do paternity swab testing.
