Can I be pregnant while on oral contraceptives because of having

I'm currently taking Ortho Tricyclen as a method of birth control. During my light blue pills I had diarrhea for two days in a row which were Thursday and Friday. (I don't know the cause of it). Then on Saturday night, I had sex with my partner without any back up method (e.g. condom). I've been continuing to take my pill as scheduled and I'm really paranoid now as to if I could possibly become pregnant from it. (It's been 3 days since I had sex.) My questions are the followings: 1) What are the CHANCES that I could get pregnant from my scenario? FYI, this is my second pack of birth control pills 2) I have 4 active pills left on my pack, which means I'm scheduled to have my period in about 6 days. So if I do get my period in 6 days, can I be rest assured that I'M NOT PREGNANT? or since it's been less than 2 weeks since I had intercourse therefore I could still be pregnant even if I get my period next week? 3) Even if I get my period in 6 days do you suggest doing home kit pregancy test later? if yes, when? 4) Do you suggest that I take morning after pill now even though it's been over 3 days?

As you can see I'm very worried and any advice would be appreciated. Thank You!

If you have not missed any pills and are on your second pack then you can most likely rest easy that this is not an issue. If you get your cycle in the next week or 6 days when it is due then yes you are not pregnant and have nothing to worry about. Always take your pill at the same time every day for the ultimate protection but if you have completed one full pack and are now on a second then you are getting the maximum protection from the pill so I can understand your worry but do not let this bother you as stress can actually cause an abnormal cycle and then this will worry you more, just continue to take your pills as scheduled and you will be perfectly fine and are doing all you can to prevent pregnancy.
