well i am 5 months pregnant and just received a letter

well i am 5 months pregnant and just received a letter from my doctors pffice they stated that my white blood cells were 16,000, should i be worried? could it be something serious and will i have to abort my baby. I am really stressed over this and would really like some answers. Thank Liz
