Yes it is possible. The rate of pregnancy is 1-3% after a tubal ligation.

Hi,

While tubal ligations are the most effective form of birth control Dr. Yetimyen is correct they are not completly fool proof. The percentage is around 1% but has been as high as 2-3% as well.

If you suspect you are pregnant it is recommended you speak with your doctor as women with tubal ligations tend to have a higher risk of tubal pregnancy's.
