hi there, here is my question. i had a tubal ligation about 2 years ago and i am 15 days late on my menstrual. i have taken 4 pregnancy tests and they all come back negative. my belly looks like it is growing and it feels a little hard. if i am really not pregnant what do you think is going on with me?
