Hello,

How bad the dust and fumes are for the baby will depend to a great extent on what toxic substances they contain. If they contain any petrochemicals, lead, asbestos, paint - it will be definitely be toxic for the baby. Dust can contain a variety of bacteria and virus which the baby may not be able to fight off.

I think you should avoid working at building race boats during your pregnancy.

I hope this helps.
