What to do

My parents have called CPS on me and my boyfriend of falsely accused us of using meth twice now. When they came out the first time they realized we had a nice home, our child was happy and was well taken care of. His exact words were this is not a meth house. So they dropped the case at this time. A few months later another call was put in to the same CPS worker. He came out again and realized the same situation was in our home. We were instructed to do a UA to be able to close this case this time. I'm 6 months pregnant and I go to work every day as a Accountant and he knows thi is a bogus claim but he must do his job. Why should we do a UA for an annoumous caller and be humilated by doing so. We have done nothing wrong and the CPS worker knows so. Should I have to do a UA and what are my rights?
