can i take ibuprofen while i am trying to get pregnant?

I am trying to get pregnant, but i also have a very bad back. I have been trying to go without ibuprofen, but i couldn't take the pain today. I took 800mg. I amgoing to be ovulating sometime within the next week. Am I hurting my chances by taking meds?
