Baixin is a drug we do not recommend in pregnancy owing to the lack of data and produce license re safety. We normally look at the benefit: risk and make a clinical judgement. So an infected finger would be less important that the potential for harm to the child.
However there are a number of things to think about. When stopping the pill, ovulation does not always restart immediately so it can take several months after stopping birth control to fall pregnant. However the risk of pregnancy is there.
The second thing, is that if you had ovulated then it was very likely a week ago so the embryo would just about be developing into a blastocyst and implanting firmly. It is impossible to tell if the tablets you have taken already would have made a difference to this process, nor whether continuing with the drug would make a difference at this point.
Finally we need to consider whether stopping the antibiotic would risk increased resistance of the organism.
However despite all that, if there is a strong possibility of pregnancy then my inclination is to request an alternative antibiotic such as amoxicillin (if the infection is sensitive to penicillins) unless your doctor really wants you to complete the course.
So give your doctor a ring and explain the situation.
