my last period was on july 25 2006 when i didn't ...

my last period was on july 25 2006 when i didn't get my period in august i took a pregnancy test and it was positive i went for my first prenatal visit the doctor took a sonogram and she said i was five weeks pregnant the calcutations don't add up with my last period i am worried that maybe something happened and the baby is no longer growing i still feel pregnant but my breasts are not sore anymore and there is no more clear discharge coming out could something be wrong with this pregnancy
