what can cause rapid weight gain?

i'v gained 14 lbs in the last month but it is just showing in my stomach

Hi,

it would help us to know your age and general health?

Do you take any medication? Anything new recently?

Have you had unprotected intercourse at any point in last 4 months?

If you are female, when was your last period?

Do you get swelling anywhere else eg ankles?

Hi there,
I am a 28 year old female, I know it's not pregnancy I just had a baby boy 4 months ago. There is no swelling anywhere eles just in the stomach. My health is normaly great I never had any real problems. After I had my baby I went right down to 174lbs (I'm 5'9") now I am sitting at 190 and it all happened within the last month.
There was no weight gain to the rest of my body just my stomach. I recently had severe abnormal cells removed from my cervix could that be a cause to this?
