Dear Customer (name blocked for privacy),

A permanent leave of absence may be a bit extreme, however if you are already seeing a psychiatrist, you could certainly mention it to him/her. After taking a permanent leave of absence from their job, some people tend to suffer other emotional issues from changes in lifestyle, financial loss, self esteem/worth issues and boredom. If you've been seeing your psychiatrist for awhile, he/she should be the best to advise you on this. Maybe a temporary leave would be better at first just to see how it goes.

Reply to AnnlynnRN's Post: I was on at least a 3 month leave of absence. I went back for two day and left because I couldn't stand being there. I am a bank teller and can not make the kind of mistakes I've been making. The days I am at home, I am so much happier. I have 3 dogs, so there is no time to be bored.
