I am about 2 weeks pregnant. Untill now I have been on a variety of drugs for anxiety(paxil, ativan), pain(vicodin), sleep(tylenol PM). I am now stopping to take them all but can this hurt the fetus since I have been taking them up untill now?

Being "2 weeks pregnant" means that you are two weeks from the first day of your last period. I will be better able to answer your question if you tell me the first day of your last period and when you stopped taking the medications listed above.
