Hello Customer (name blocked for privacy),

I hope I can help you with this issue. What you write sounds very like a condition called phimosis. That is when the foreskin is unable to retract over the head of the penis. The issue here is that this by definition occurs in men who are NOT circumsized....OR, who have been IMPROPERLY circumsized. The way you state that you "pull it back slightly" makes me wonder if the circumsision was done properly, or only partially. Not being there to SEE your penis, it is impossible to state. Often, an infection is the cause of the phimosis.

Regardless, I do suggest that you be seen and evaluated by your physician. If the skin is UNABLE to be pulled back, you need to have this addressed urgently, NOW, in an emergency room, as it could potentially cut off circulation to the penis...a very bad thing indeed.

Here is information on paraphimosis, a medical emergency: http://www.emedicine.com/med/topic2874.htm

Here is information on phimosis: http://www.emedicine.com/emerg/topic423.htm

I hope I was able to help,

Sincerely,

Susan
