Customer (name blocked for privacy),
could mean two things.
1. WBCs in the urine can indicate infection (UTI) or
2. With the number of epithelial cells in the specimen - this suggests contamination of the specimen when it was collected.
Doesn't mean anything serious...I think that is what you're after.
Your doctor will just treat you for a UTI if you have symptoms or he will do a urine culture, which will prove or disprove UTI.
