I am 22, gave birth 10 weeks ago and have a pain in my lower right abdomen for 3 days now on and off. I am not nauseous or experiencing diarrhea, although I have had occasional constipation. Should I be concerned for appendicitis? What else could it be? Can I sleep on it tonight?

It was my first child, it was vaginal, I was full term, labor-birth was about 6 hours. I have never had other abdominal problems.
