Hello there Nikki. How old are you? Have you ever had stomach ulcers? Are you on any medications? Any other medical problems? Any liver disease? How much blood was there? Was it fresh red, a streak of blood or was it coffee ground?

Nikki - it is not normal to vomit blood during pregnancy. It could be due to reflux disease, a peptic ulcer or a tear that has occured in your gullet because of vomiting. I would seek help immediately. Go to the ER.
