for the last 6 months i have a red bump on my nose with some growth inside the nostril, dermatologist said it may be folliculitis and i am wondering if i should another specialist

The condition is called nasal vestibulitis (infection of the area just inside the nostril, called the nasal vestibule)

Treatment is antibiotics, hot cloths under the nose, and surgical drainage if deemed necessary.
