i have skin irritation near the penis area and at the same time i have see a small spot just next to my left ball which is growing.i feel the skin is growing and it is itchy.please find me ths solution for this.Thank you.

Its not exactly on the testicle but its in the gap between testicle and the leg.It is not that painful and its not that hard.its growing like tree roots.Thank you.

There are few possibilities for this. Firstly it may be a Wart. They may appear as tiny and smooth, and also can enlarge. Possibility of hernia needs to be rule out. Also it may occur due to blocked sweat gland. Diagnosis will be done after clinical examination. So please consult your doctor , for examination. Treatment will be done accordingly .
