penis problem

i am 39 and my penis is the same size as when i was about 16 or so why is that? and should i allways have a morning erection because its been along time 10-15 years since i have had that is there a problem? I allso seam to have pre mature ejaculation i think is it normal to only cum once and in a very short time i mean like 2minutes?
