my husband had blurred vision at work and his ear was red and his legs he said felt like he was in an elevator what could this be

I am unclear on these symptoms. Blurred vision.. is he working on a computer? Red ear.. is the entire ear red? Does it itch or hurt? What do you mean by his legs feel like he is on an elevator? Does he feel weakness in his legs?
