Daughter's Wedding pictures

My daughter works full time for a photographer and someday she plans to have her own photo place. On the side she does some pictures for people who ask. If she has the time she does and when they ask a price, she tells them that 'she cannot legally charge because she works for someone else, but she can take donations'. She recently photographed a wedding and it took her thirteen hours and she also spent countless hours fixing the pictures. It has been three weeks and she has received no money whatsoever. These people already have their pictures. Is there anything she can do politely to request some money for her time? Please HELP, she is so depressed about this. Thank You, Mom
