Excruciating Pain

what could be the cause of this excruciating pain I have throughtout my whole body everyday?My right leg burns down to my toes and at times feels like someone is putting a hot poker inside my body..It hurts to squeeze my hands tight and I can't put my head down without the pain going all the way down my back..I need help I can't take the pain anymore..I would rater give birth again..
