I had an mri spine, w/o contrast done in 2001, the impression is1. mild diffuse annular bulge at L4-5 and L5-s1 without focal disc protrusion or stenosis., 2 Mild facet hypertrophy bilaterally at L4-5 . I am 50 years old today, Pain pills sometimes help, I take them occassionaly, Am I always going to have low back pain, or should it have the pain gone away by now?
