women 20 i have like pimple but there black coming out externally between my anal and vagina there are starting to become on comfortable starting to become even bigger?

Sounds like a cyst or a boil. They are pretty common. For tonight put hot packs on them, and clean them with antibacterial soap. Be sure to wash your hands well too so you don't spread any germs that are draining from the areas.

Tomorrow get in to see your doctor. You will probably need some antibiotics to help clear them up.
