I HAVE DEGENERATIVE DISK DISORDER IN MY LOW BACK.WHEN I WENT TO SEE A SPECIALIST,HE ORDERER P.T. FOR ME ,AND CALLED IT RIDICULITIS,WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

Radiculitis revers to swelling of a nerve root. The physical therapy will most likely be aimed at pain control and comfort. Warm packs, ultrasound etc. This will also help to reduce the swelling, provide pain relief and help you get better sooner.
