I'm 22 and I get cramps in my legs frequently but from time to time my entire leg will lock straight with my feet locking straight as well... Last time this happend my feet were extremely cold and were turning a blueish gray color. The color was mostly on the outter tops of my feet... Does anyone have any clue as to what might cause this. Any Info would be most appreciated.

Hello

You might have low calcium levels in your body. If you don't drink a lot of milk, these cramps are a symptom of this. Being anemic can cause muscle cramps and cold feet as well.

Hope that helps,

Kerry
