if i am not trying to lose weight only shape up and gain muscles do i still need aerobics or is toning enough?


Already Tried:
i do regular aerobics as well but im afraid ill lose weight and i dont want that

Aerobics does not necessarily lead to weight loss, however if you are only interested in looking muscular, then muscle toning & weight training would work better than aerobics.
