just today i have started to get a little spot on my stomach just an inch down from the belly button
this is very painfull and is realy hurting the inside of me and taking up the full stomach. i just want to know why this causing so much pain please help

Hi

It is possible that you are developing a hernia. If the pain does't go away, I'd see a doctor. Are you having regular bowel movements?
