woke up with a bad stomach ache like period cramps
went to bedroom, felt like i had to have a baul movement and it wouldn't come, i may have strained
but today feels the same i go to the bathroom and a little runs, but alot of blood,blood is also in my actual stool

There are a lot of reasons for rectal bleeding- hemorrhoids, fistulas, diverticulosis, polyps, etc etc
This is something you should have checked out immediately, especially if it is a lot of blood.
