how do you get rid of ingrown hairs?

I HAVE AN INGROWN HAIR ON BOTH INNER THIGHS, AND I AM UNABLE TO SHAVE THERE BECAUSE THEY GET IRRITATED AND BECOME MCH BIGGER, AND I WANT TO KNOW HOW TO GET RID OF THEM.

Tweezers is about the only way to get rid of Ingrown Hair, If you can't see the ingrown Hair, don't go looking for it. Use a warm compress until you can see a Hair lurking there. Then use the sterilized needle or tweezers, followed by an antiseptic.

Allow hair to grow longer, Depilatory and Electrolysis to remove hair

Reply to Lindie's Post: there is no hair showing,it is just a long lump that only occurs when i shave the bikini area,but latly it dosn't go away and i can not shave there at all.is there a cream that a may use? or will i have to have it surgially removed?
