I am a very athletic 44year old woman. I have just started running and am having an unbelievable tightness in my calves after just about a minute. I have tried stopping and stretching and nothing seems to help. I have taught aerobics for the last 10 years, but have never been a runner. Do you have any tips to help my awful calf problem?
