I have a bump on the back of my thigh. It's not

I have a bump on the back of my thigh. It's not red, more white and skin color. It only hurts when I thouch it and it feels hard. I also have 4 of them on my butt checks, more towards the center, and 3 of them in my binki area. What should I do?
