cervical ROM is restricted, pain on rotation of head to the left and on extentsion. Tenderness to palpation over the left lower cervical paravertebral musculature. Lumbar ROM is restricted with pain on flexion and extension, tenderness over lumbosacral paravertebral musculature and corresponding inversions ligaments. Pain over left upper trapezuis muscle, left rhomboid muscle group and left levator scapulae muscle. What is this?
