My ankle swells and very difficult to walk. I have not injured it. I had X-rays done this week and the said there is nothing wrong with it. It hurts under the outside and under the right ankle and underneath to the arch. I tried taking Aleve but my blood presure raised 70 points. Some times the paing goes up the right outside calf of leg.

Hi

It could be there is not enough calcium in your diet. This can cause muscles to cramp, especially in the legs and feet. If you don't drink milk, be sure you are getting enough dairy products. You may also consider a calcium supplement.

Hope that helps,

Kerry

Reply to Kerry's Post: I get plenty of clcium both with supplements and milk. Could this be from a pinched nerve? Thank you

Goodmorning, I guess that I am confused on the completion of this process. The answer that you gave was not what I expected. I get plenty of calcium. I replied with another question of "could this be from a pinched nerve?" I will complete the process when my son comes over. He will understand what to do next. Thank you, Freddie
