I have dropped over 100 pds. it took me approx. 3 years and I am at my ideal weight (130 pds. 5ft/4in) and body mass (21%). But for the past month or 2 i have been backsliding big time!!! I use to go to the gym 5 days a week and now i only go 3 times and my diet is TOTALLY reversed. I only eat bad stuff now. How can i get back on track and will it be long before I lose the weight again. I have put on between 5 to 8 of those pounds back :(
