I take 2 benadryl tablets and 2 tylenol pm tablets every ...

I take 2 benadryl tablets and 2 tylenol pm tablets every night for sleep. I have done this for two years at least. Lately I have noticed I have a memory loss and sometimes get somewhat confused when I get in a hurry. Could all the Benadryl be causing this? If so I will quit taking it immediately.
