I just got a perm the other day. I know that you are not supposed to wash your hair for a few days. However, will spraying a leave-in conditioner or anti-frizz product before the first shampoo ruin my perm?

No, actually you can rinse your hair, you are just not supposed to wash it with shampoo. But you can rinse your hair out.
