Unless she did something to crack one of the bones in her back she has possibly pulled the muscles surrounding the chest area. That is something that can be dangerous to allow someone to do so if it now hurting when she moves I would suggest that she be seen by her physician to make sure that there was not any damage done to any of the chest or rib bones. If she has pulled any of the muscles in the chest reqion this can take up to 4-6 weeks to heal so she will have some pain from this. But allowing someone to do this can cause injury to the muscles, tendons, and bones. Without an x-ray or an examination it would be hard to say what the extent of damage has been caused but I would have her seen to be on the safe side to make sure it is just a veterbra pull and that nothing is torn or broken. In most cases when people do that it is the chest muscles that are pulled.
